The Philadelphia Ethical Society is hosting the AEU’s annual Assembly (a weekend-long conference of sorts) this year, and one of our main events will be an activism fair — “Speed Deeding” (pun intended) — in the Ethical Society’s Auditorium on Friday, July 25th from 7-11 PM.

The Speed Deeding fair will showcase the work of community organizations and give guests a chance to directly participate and contribute. Activities at speed deeding stations might range from signing petitions to making seed clusters to writing letters to contributing to a collaborative poem or documentary – the sky’s the limit! You can read more about the event here.
